Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team at support@ugreen.nas with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the NAS device, including all original accessories, power cables, and documentation, into its original box to ensure protection during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
